Born and raised Georgia peach here, I was made a bit too sweet and I am far too kind...call me a habitual people pleaser which is always great for my clients! ;)
I admit I do have a tendency to talk a lot, and a million miles a minute, but that just means you'll feel comfortable, bringing out your best side for photos!
For 13 years, I have specialized in maternity, newborn and family portraits for families living in the Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Buckhead and beyond. My professional studio is located in Waco, GA right off I-20, about an hour drive from most Atlanta area neighborhoods.Families regularly drive one to two hours to my studio for their photoshoots with me.

I’m Kelsey Freeman, and I offer maternity, newborn, and family photography for families across the greater Atlanta area.
Playful, candid outdoor family photography full of personality, movement, and laughter. I choose beautiful locations around North and West Atlanta for golden hour and sunset photos. My high energy and playful games keep things relaxed, natural, and fun, with piggyback rides and air tosses encouraged! No stiff poses here. We are going to move! Children don’t need to sit still or behave perfectly. They can run, play, and be themselves.
Choose softly posed newborn portraits with outfits and props, natural, baby-led lifestyle photos, or a mix of both. My home-inspired studio space offers the relaxed feeling of an at-home newborn photoshoot, right here in the studio. Soft light, neutral colors, and organic styling create a warm setting for unposed moments, newborn details, and connection with parents and siblings. I’m highly trained in newborn safety, with your baby’s comfort and safety guiding everything I do.
From glamorous, editorial maternity portraits with gowns, florals, and artistic backdrops to soft, relaxed studio photos, there’s room for your own style. Choose a dreamy, romantic look, something modern and bold, or casual lifestyle maternity photos with natural connection. I guide you through flattering poses and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. My client closet includes 75+ gowns and outfits. Partners and toddlers are welcome! Want to go outdoors? I do that too! I'll help find the perfect location around our gorgeous Atlanta area.
